Kabbalah Books
The Pardes Centre produces publications on a bi-monthly. Each short book explains a different concept in Kabbalistic/Chassidic thinking in a way that is easy to understand and applicable to daily life experience. The writing style is systematic, clear, and uses language which the lay person can appreciate.
The teachings are drawn from authentic Jewish mystical texts, with references provided in footnotes to allow the interested reader to peruse the subject matter in the original texts.
The topics covered range from the mystical nature of Jewish practice (known as Kabbalah and Chassidus), to more universal concepts such as G-d, love, self mastery, faith, balance, and peace; exploring not only their philosophical character, but how to attain them in practice. Perhaps the most enchanting teachings are those that disclose the intricate nature of the soul and the spiritual realms at a depth that has never been revealed before in the English language.
The study and practice of Jewish mysticism provides us with a wonderful experience of everyday life, helps us refines and balance our character traits, and enables us to live a spiritual, productive, and increasingly joyful life. Ultimately, it leads to a harmonious world in which the Divine presence can once again reside.
